If you need to return merchandise for any reason, please call ahead and follow these steps.
Our customer service toll free number is 1-800-999-TYRE (8973). Before returning an item, please call for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Write your RMA number on the label of the returned package. Without the RMA number, your package will not be routed to the Returns Department. Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept C.O.D shipments on returned items. |
